Fiano is one of southern Italy's noblest whites, an ancient Campanian grape best known as Fiano di Avellino. Richly textured yet fresh, it offers honey, hazelnut, pear and a smoky, spicy, honeysuckle complexity, with bright acidity and a waxy, mineral depth. Unusually age-worthy for a southern white, it grows more nutty and complex over years in bottle.
